My name is Jill (“Jilly Bean” to my dear family and closest friends), and I desire to be a good steward with the blessings I have been given and live a more homemade life. I am a wife, homemaker, and I work at a historic farm. I enjoy learning and trying new things, especially if they have to do with homesteading, homemaking, or homemade things.  I am passionate about growing and preserving my own food, cooking from scratch, and making good real food choices.  Digging in the dirt, planting, and harvesting my own organic fruits and veggies gets me excited, and I desire to share that excitement and what I am learning about gardening with others.
